I'm sorry for so many questions, like I said, I don't where to start. I'll like to know where can I start? What universities/colleges do you recommend for international students? How's the visa process? How long does it take? What are the requirements to obtain a study permit/visa? What are the options if I want to study there and want my husband to come along with me? Can he obtain an Open Work Permit? (I don't know if this applies in Scotland, I ask bc this is how we applied in Canada -I know the migration policies are way different-) How much does it cost to study in Scotland? If I'm being honest, I know nothing about the immigration process for international students in Scotland, so any advice, recommendation, link, or any information you could provide me will be extremely helpful! Due to the pandemic, the process got really slow and we haven't received a final decision yet, it's been +9months and it's really frustrating, so I'm starting to look for other options. My husband is 27 years old System Engineer with +8 years of working experience, he currently has a remote job with a US company.īack in March, I applied for a Study Permit in Canada and my husband for an Open Work Permit. Little background about me:I'm 23 years old woman from Central America (Honduras) with a Bachelors in Marketing & International Business, 2 years of working experience, I speak 4 languages and currently looking to obtain an MBA or post-graduate diploma in global business management or any other related field.
